Returns
You have 2 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, and digital downloads are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2 days using the original payment method.
Exchanges
