How to Update/Complete My Account Details?

What if I forget my password or need to change my password?

1. Personal Details Update: Kindly go to Zicnet App -> Settings -> Profile/Account Security to update your name, email, phone, etc.
2. Modify Address Book: In case you want to add/modify your address book, kindly refer to here ➡️
3. Forgot Password? You can use your bound phone or email to log in or click "Forget Password" on the login page.
4. Change Password: Kindly go to Account -> Settings -> Account & Security -> Modify Password.
5. Update Balance Account (Wallet): Kindly go to App -> Balance -> Reset Payment Password / Unbind Phone Number.
